Y'all missing the main thing Tobias wears this # to honor a friend who lost his life to a horrible disease....Dwight was petty for saying anything in the first place!!!! He stays burning bridges...just shut up and play Dumbass

    I like his game

    Just don't like the man

Who cares what another team did/or did not do --- he doesn't play there anymore and further more he did not want to play in Orlando.

He just needs to produce for the Rockets!

I agree with Dwight that his number should be hung up in the rafters. That being said, I feel that this is something Dwight should have kept to himself. I can understand his disappointment, but saying it publicly makes him seem entitled, regardless of his supreme talent. If the Magic think he's deserving of retiring his jersey then great, and if not, so be it.

I like Dwight's fun-loving personality... but he has the mentality of this new generation.

The younger generation often feels entitled. Kind of spoiled.

    That's Dwight.

Hate to say this, but Dwight is making himself look like the biggest dumbass in the NBA. This is NOT how to repair your tarnished image and revitalize your career. Please shut up and play ball like LeBron did. Dude should be on the off-season version of Shaqtin A Fool for this nonsense.

Omer's value to the team is increasing day by day.

without Dwight on this team we would be an 8th seed, Dwight defensive presence changes games, and how teams attack us. Not to mention Dwight can actually catch the ball and go up for alley's and catch bounce passes. Omer is a solid backup

I absolutely agree with you,but Dwight shouldn't go around acting like a diva.
Omer is our insurance policy,if Dwight gets hurt or if he blows up.

Even tho I agree with you please don't lump the generation together cause I'm his age and I don't say stuff like this at all but Dwight has prolly never been told no in his life and is acting out. Like I said Dwight is a DEPRECIATING ROTTING HOUSE and were the THIRD OWNER

    That is all

I think most people are taking the wrong angle on this... He is not mad at all. The context of the interview: he's attempting to say that he really liked playing in Orlando and misses the team/city. He's saying it's hard for him to see someone else wearing his number. He is not saying he is upset with the Magic or that he thinks they should retire his jersey. This is stupid.

Anthony Johnson was the backup PG to Rafer Alston. Nelson was injured that year.

the more Dwight talks, the less i believe in him.

he has a new start here in Houston, yet, he can't seem to let go of the past. this guy doesn't seem to be at peace with himself.

i don't believe Dwight is cut out to be the best player on a championship contending team, and a lot of it has to do with his mental aspect toward the game and how he conducts himself.

i'm glad that James Harden is going to be the guy who we trust to lead this team, Dwight will serve as a good anchor, but James is the foundation that Houston is going to count on.

If that is the case then Houston fans just might get a taste of LA's Dwightmare.

He left LA to be the man, not just one of the men, but THE man.
