Agree...less Dana. I think they are trying to keep the female viewers. Even 24 had Jack's daughter. Sopranos had stupid kid ****. And Mad Men, too.
Saul is not the mole. The writers have done interviews being puzzled as to why fans would even think it. He's supposed to be the moral center of the show.
They might have not show the mole yet? Good episode last night. I was just glad Dana was gone and less of Krazy Karrie too.
I know Saul isn't the mole, but there was a scene after the bomb went off last season that was just strange. When Saul finds out that Carrie wasn't in the blast and he receives a call from her, his reaction was really peculiar. He wasn't relieved at all; it was like a weird where-are-you-so-I-can-kill-you vibe. He kept on asking her where she was. Go back and watch it, very strange. This is the only reason that I think people think he was the mole. That whole scene I was wondering why he was acting the way he was.
Not going to read anything on here, as I just started the show. But I will say that I really enjoy it. Clair Danes has done a great job. I've never been a big fan of Patikin tho. Also, that chick who was banging the saudi prince at the start was super hot - glad i got to see her t***.
The blast in the final episode?? He didn't know she was alive until she showed up when he was in that gym or whatever it was with all the bodies... When he was saying "where are you" that was her voicemail, he hoped she was alive but he didn't know.
Watched it last night, decent episode. I liked the parallels of Brody and Carrie each stuck in their own personal hells.
My wife and I were discussing that same thing last night after watching the last episode. It got really interesting. The first two episodes of this season were starting to annoy me but this past Sunday's episode really improved. I am looking forward to next Sunday.
AH, OK. Some of the events of season 2 finale are muddy in my memory, but I do remember Saul asking if Carrie had been found amongst the bodies. Saul was on the phone asking where Carrie was; if it was a phone call or voice message escapes me. I do know it was really creepy the way he was saying whatever he was saying. It took me awhile to get to the 3rd episode, but like everyone here said, solid episode.
It wasn't creepy, he was desperate. Carrie is his protege and he loves her as a daughter. (Recall him turning her down for sex and getting angry with her for offering in season 1) When she showed up alive he was extremely relieved.
That's what I got from it. Nothing more than teacher and student...ok, maybe that's a bad metaphor these days.
and 100% more brody. I dont know why some people want Brody to die, Damien Lewis is killing it in this role.
