    This team is quitting - you can see it, they have lost faith - there needs to be a change, and QB is the spot.

    If the team has no faith the season goes south in a hurry.

    We need to pass for first downs and more. So throwing it short and praying for the receiver to make a play.

    The defense is not playing well, but they are not playing with passion either, probably because they have no faith in the offense doing anything.

    Thus they spend more time on the field.

    Fisher is better than Kubiak - for sure, but we need an elite coach that is not afraid of making the tough decisions.
