Feels like a Kubiak thing to deflect blame off by throwing the rest of the team under the bus. He already did it to the defense last week on national tv.
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p>Texans are minus-9 in turnover ratio. What a terrible first quarter. Down 7-0 with Rams on their 31. So mistake-prone they could lose.</p>— John McClain (@McClain_on_NFL) <a href="https://twitter.com/McClain_on_NFL/statuses/389444435718569984">October 13, 2013</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
Sadly I can see the organization making excuses like they had some tough breaks this season but fought hard. They'll say Kubiak is still the man to lead this team and we just have to stay the course. That's basically what happens every season.
But they do need to be better at every facet. Currently have been bad in offense, defense, ST's, turnovers, penalties, cheerleaders, stadium food, parking, weather.
Some people need to lose their jobs if the Texans lose today. No way they can lose this week and no changes are made somewhere.
When the Seahawks were down big to the Texans, Pete Carroll was on the sideline preaching to his soldiers, getting them fired up to keep battling. You will never see that from Kubiak, ever.
Remember when the most heated debates in here was Foster declining and Tate should be getting more carries? Feels like 10 seasons ago.
