    Trade Smith for a second round pick (he has no place on this team). Cut Williams. Covington and Cannan should just be put in the D-league.

    Covington is not a known product where as so many of the other Rockets are (Smith, Williams, AB, Camby). You cut these guys before Covington as Covington could develop into a big contributor.

    not bashing but our team is stacked

    cant make excuses anymore. great starting lineup, pretty good bench

    we have two top 10 centers on the same team

    I was undecided last year about Mchale's coaching, sometimes I liked it sometimes I didn't. I thought that when the playoffs got here that he did a good job of coaching then.

    Yeah, I think Covington has upside. He looked really good in the camp/scrimmage footage... I'm hoping he and Canaan just need some time to adjust to the big stage and the pressure that comes with it.

    I think it's pretty telling that AB is the only person cleared to play who didn't get put in tonight. I genuinely forgot he was even there.
