Nice Just got a rep with this message "Stop tell people u r Chinese. U are too embarrassing and make all us look bad with all the Lin obsession. Ok? ~shazio" Not sure when I started obsessing about Lin... but thanks for the rep
It ain't about Lin, it's is kinda but... with the first unit Harden's issuing offence , "the" pg will be the spot up, you rather it be JL or PB? My opionion iis that it's a waste of talent for JL to just stand in the corner
I was one of 3 people chosen to have breakfast with Daryl this morning from the twitter/weibo contest. We made a quick video of our questions with Daryl's answers, grabbed some food and had a 40 minute chat. Daryl was very candid and was very patient with all of our questions. Some of the things he said (I'm paraphrasing and most of the things are what he has said in the past): "Royce White was my mistake but I had to go for high upside guys (I asked if McHale had direct influence on this pick)" "Francisco Garcia took less money to return to the Rockets. He is a great locker room guy and like what we are doing." "I don't have any input on who plays or how many minutes each player gets. We hire a good coaching staff and they determine who plays." "I would love to have someone like Shane Battier back. He would be a great fit with this team." "Now that we are a better team, I do look for fit more instead of how many wins a player contributes vs salary. Before, I didn't care as much about fit or chemistry." "Jeremy is not a vocal guy. The leaders are Dwight and Harden." It was a real treat chatting with Daryl. The hour flew by pretty quick. After taking the photos, Yao came by to talk to Daryl. We asked Daryl if we can take a picture with him and Yao, and Daryl kind of mumbled, "Yao doesn't really like to take photos." Kind of expected since he was surrounded by at least 8 security guys. Anyways, just thought I'd share my wonderful experience.
thanks for the post ball hog looks like you had quite the experience. Morey is a stud wow. we are in serious trouble is Howard and Harden are our leaders
Thanks for the story. and BOOM goes the shockwave. Another LOF myth debunked. Lin is too quiet to be a vocal leader.
Hey, V. It's an old, old friend from Señora Requenez class in the late 80's. If that's not enough of a clue, maybe youll remember the "por and para" coin. Awesome and bizarre to see a random photo of you on clutchfans. Email me sometime - changdt4@hotmail.com to catch up.
IMO there are two possibilities why not much has come up in this Taiwan trip. Possibility 1: Justin Bieber made a backup vocalist wouldn't get much attention from the media after the initial outcry. Possibility 2: PR moves have been made to stop those fake smiles from being seen, players being bothered, and coaches being harassed.

http://blog.chron.com/ultimaterockets/2013/10/jeremy-lin-enjoys-homecoming-and-some-homecooking/ Some photos in the article. Gotta say though, writers need to stop referring to this as a "homecoming" for Lin. Not so much in this article, but have seen it in others. He's born and raised in California. Stop referring to Asian-Americans as "others."
