Same. I got stuck on the last mission where you have to steal 3 getaway Banshees (?) as Franklin. I had insufficient funds to repair the car, failed the mission, then ended up in a random car ON TOP OF my car in my garage. The game assumed that this random car was the one required for the job and directed me to get it repaired... Of course that car was wrong and I had to end the mission and restart. Weird glitch.
I was in a silver convertible and this mini suv comes driving in fast. He was a crew member so I started honking my horn. He got out and gunned me. Also, he was wearing a red mask.
That may have been me. Someone gunned me down and you were the only person's name I saw on my screen. Just assumed it was you. That deathmatch was fun though! lol
Yes, the Gauntlets. I figured it would be the last main mission. I've finished all of the side missions. I'm going to try and figure out this glytch before ordering Xbox live.
Buzzard attack chopper is next on my list to get, then the tank. Right now I'm still spamming races with super cars so I can get all the upgrades.
yea made some friends online so we have been taking turns on "criminal record" it still takes a while..almost got everything unlocked, im on the last upgrade of each one.. i got an adder, xf, and vaccaall suped up. turbo just waiting on the last upgrade..
Give a gander here: http://www.ign.com/wikis/gta-5/Vehicles General car advice FWIW: I really think the Entity XF is the best overall for racing. The Adder is faster in straightaways, but has less acceleration and handling, so any amount of turns in a race/chase and the Entity is the way to go. If I had to pick just one car in this game it'd be that one. However, I also like the Adder because it seems to have the most armor and weight of the supercars, making it good for vehicle-on-vehicle battling. Oh, and also I get a kick out of the Coil Voltic, because it has the best acceleration in the game and is fully electric, so it never shifts gears. I never get tried of that super-fast and super-smooth acceleration curve. It's also much cheaper than the above two cars. One guy noted that it (somewhat counter-intuitively) performs very well off-road, since it has none of the excessive revving other cars have when going up steep hills. Lastly, if you want to get at least one non-supercar, make it the Grotti Carbonizzare. That thing is crazy good. It's nearly as fast as the Adder and has much better acceleration. A bargain at $200k.
the fusilade is pretty fast and its non-premium.. also if you buy a garage of some sort you get a free elegy if you signed up at rockstar social.. aparently there is some free garage floating around, if you sign up for rockstar social. so sign up and you could have the car and garage for free.. no, if you have insurance you get a new car after paying a fee..
Yeah, you call insurance on your phone and pay a fee, then you get a new one. I believe the fee is based on the price of the car. And I agree that the Schyster Fusilade is probably the best car you can get just from stealing one without needing to pay for it.
Whoa! Outta curiosity then, shoot, what about story mode? I have garaged nice cars but never took them out because they would get destroyed, same reason I dont upgrade them!!! Is there a similar process here?
If you steal it they wont let you customize it i thought? On a quick thought, if you have numerous cars, how does the cpu decide which one to give you on missions?
