should happen at the same time. the goal is to have THE BEST 2nd unit in the NBA, like better than your first unit. this gives rockets a very distinct advantage over every one else. this is born out of super advanced statistical analysis that morey hasn't shared with anyone else yet, not even with himself. this is the next trend in the league - have better second unit than first so you can blow other second units out of the water.
never! since this is the new secret trend, other teams will have awesome 2nd unit to counter your awesome 2nd unit. the games really don't start until the 2nd unit comes in. first 8min of the game is for people to grab their popcorn and beer.
