The reality is that D-Mo is our second best offensive player after Harden. Did you see how easily he scores inside?... And he was last year, as well; if I am not mistaken, he had second highest points per minute last season.
Howard and Lin are fine players, and deserve their shots, which is kind of bad, because we have a unique talent in D-Mo, who can only help the team with sharply higher usage. He will never be a great or even above average defensive player, and basically on a team with Harden, Howard and Lin, we just do not have enough touches for him...

So you want a 7-footer to lay it up instead of dunking it on fast breaks? These just look bad because he came down awkwardly in them. In the Pacers video, it doesn't even look like he got touched.

Looks like he needs to learn how to land safely after throwing it down.

He either needs to hang on the rim to regain himself before coming down, or regain his balance before even jumping to start with.

"Work on his landing" is hilarious. If he jumps like a tard, he's going lo land like a tard. Lol. You don't want him practicing that.

Just hang onto the ring and do a pullup after each dunk :p

It takes strength to hang on the rim which he doesn't have any.

Just give DMo the max, and worry about Dwight/Lin later ...

The first two video look like he would break his leg or sure. Also, nobody touched him in the first video and he looks at the ref like, "your not going to call a foul"? Really DMo?

Even in the videos where he is training with Hakeem you can see the speed but he always looks out of control. We all see the potential and the attitude but something always looks like it is missing in his game and I can't put my finger on it. I'm rooting for him because I like the attitude in the interviews ("Dwight has to catch me first") but I'm always left shaking my head when I see him play because of the awkwardness, defense, and inability to rebound.

I wonder how much of it is him trying to work the refs for a call....

Newbie get real DMo is not close to the second best offensive player on this team.

Well, obviously Dwight is a rebounding and defensive monster and Lin is a great distributor, so as all-around players they are better. But just as offensive talent, DMo is second only to Harden.

Unfortunately, you can't tell Dwight, "just worry about rebounds and defence" and to Lin "just look to pass the ball to Harden or DMo". Both Howard and Lin are quite good on offense as well and deserve their shots. But D-Mo is a better offensive talent than both of them.

Donatas is trying to hang on the rim in those fast break dunks, but since it requires a lot of strength, he should simply dunk it with an easy touch to the rim, without trying to hang on it at all
