He left the home before HPD was called. The article on CBS states that Schaub contacted the Texans, who contacted the NFL, who contacted the HPD.

**** this pisses me off. The guy isn't playing well, but he's still a human being. As bad as you feel, he probably feels a hundred times worse. There is absolutely NO reason why someone should go to his home, berate him, and take pictures of his family.

****ing pathetic and disgraceful. I'm embarrassed as a Texans fan.

Not only is Kubiak killing our season he is literally going to get schaub killed.

Totally unacceptable but same fan base that had the fringe crazies who sent death threats to Moon and scared the Carr family off to a box

Out of hundreds of thousands of fans, a handful do something psychotic. Anyone who thinks this is a reflection of the Texans' fan base is an idiot.

Burned jerseys, cups on fences and verbals attack at home (second time too. Remember Jacoby)

When's the last time that happened to a Rockets or Astros player?

    It's football lunacy.

Football fans in general need to get a grip.

    It's just a game, right?

The jersey burning was embarrassing for the city, and this takes it up several notches.

    It is.

And road trips to opposing stadiums are getting extremely tense.

LOL. Like all of the Texans fans went to his house. These people who did this are losers.

The sport attracts the Lowest denominator. When do you see fights outside of Toyota center?

It's always amazed me, seeing that it's also the most expensive ticket.

Do they just burn their whole paychecks on tickets?

Yes it is a small group of people, but to the nation this will create some awful generalities about our entire fan base. I'm pretty sure Schaub isn't trying to lose, he has just lost the capability to read coverages .

About as often as I see tailgates before Toyota center games. I'd say it's the beer, not the sport.

The last time a fan went to players house all that happened was some Indians smiling and making Yao weird.
