The drop off from OD to Graham is not much, if any. I would be more concerned losing just about any other member of the offense (I'll exclude Schaub from that statement for now, lol). Ryan Harris also looked good in preseason. Nice quickness and I think he's a decent blocker.
Talent and ability wise there really isn't a gap but chemistry wise there is a huge one. OD was Schaub's saftey blanket. He knew where to be if plays broke down (I guess even opposing teams know too) and was a great pass protector.
Well, there goes one of the two receivers that Schaub throws to. Defenses just need to quadruple-team Andre Johnson, and we might have seen the last first down that our quarterback throws for this season.
You forgot the screen to Arian Foster that results in negative yards. Goodbye to Matt Schaub gaining positive yards from here on out.
I think people are being hard on Schaub saying he isn't mobile. He scampers away from the line of scrimmage among the best of them.
Go for it with Graham but keep an eye on Tony Gonzalez if ATL keeps losing now that Julio Jones is out

It's a tough loss but I think Graham can cover OD's spot in single TE sets. In the double TE sets it's gonna sting a bit.
Caught some of the replay of the Texans radio broadcast last night….Ware had an ominous comment in the fourth discussing the Texans having thrown in the towel by taking out Dre and Schaub but that he didn’t understand keeping Foster and OD out there. That’s how bad things happen injury wise. Something to that effect.

he's not wrong. if you are throwing in the towel, you throw in the towl and give your bench precious and rare playing time. You don't leave your veteran probowl TE, who has a substantial injury history, out there to take shots in a game that was effectively over. ...but then again Kubiak makes all types of decisions i don't understand.
