I'm from H-Town and currently on a business trip here in Manila. I never thought that The Rockets is playing here on Thursday. If I can not be able to purchase my tickets then I'll be in Air Force One. Great club Bro's!
Yep, but these ones ain't bad at all. They are somewhere along the kinds you find along Quezon Avenue but not as expensive as Pegasus. Plus they are just nearby the airport and the game venue.
lol didn't sound right when he's the only Asian NBA player. Should have said best "Asian bball player on the planet" period. Props to the bball fans in the Phillipines, they're crazy for the game over there.
thrilla in MANILA best active Asian basketballer in the world if you do not count EurAsian players like Asik, Ilyasova, Enes Kanter....
Hahaha! Good one! But Sushi will never be part of my diet on Thursday! So happen I'm staying near Roxas Blvd., so Air Force One is the closes one! Thanks for your suggestions!Lol!
Some other places nearby the venue of the game Solaire -a resort and casino, expensive place but nice. Baclaran - basically a public agora/market. You can buy all sorts of stuff here, but if you are not careful you can get mugged in this place. Reserved for the more adventurous tourist. And of course the mall just beside the game venue, Mall of Asia, this picture is from behind the mall. Plenty of places to eat there and hang out.

I heard they're staying at Sofitel Hotel which is near the Mall of Asia (not America, Fran Blinebury) Arena where they're playing and practising at. The fans will be passionate and loud but very respectful. Even if they're not HOU or IND fans, they're NBA fans. Oh, and Paul Millsap's younger brother Elijah is playing over here in the professional league along with Marqus Blakely, a one-time Vipers player.
