http://www.sportingnews.com/nba/sto...ston-rockets-ejected-preseason-technical-foul Apparently Howard got ejected in this game. I guess i missed this. #HowardHaters
http://www.reddit.com/r/nba/comments/1ntl5i/dwight_howard_ejected_in_preseason_debut_with/ Check this out. Laker fan posts this triumphantly hoping Dwight Howard gets demonized, proceeds to get **** on by everyone and then deletes the post because of the negative Karma he was receiving. Smdh. THIS is why we hate Lakers fans. EDIT: And the guy caps off his meltdown by wishing death on our players and our fanbase. LOL.
Ya. Saw this on Facebook. Talented to get ejected and be there at the end of the game to shake hands with everyone.
I thought he was ejected and I think Bill, Bull and Clyde thought so as well. I was confused as hell when I saw him on the bench lol.
Believe he got a technical for arguing a defensive three second call. The technical on the defensive three second call and the technical on Howard may have looked like two technicals on Howard.
Don't know what's more funny, this or salty lakers fan actually claiming we lost to the pelicans because "curse" of the Howard sucks. Keep pouring the salt fellas because deep down inside, they are hurting bad and will find any and everything to comfort their souls. Newsflash for lurking the dummies, third stringers against starters the entire 4th. Houston loss! Yay! We got kaman and nick young the savior. lol
Ever see harden on thedirty.com? He loves them strippers! Don't we all? A month ago he got posted. It was deleted 30 minutes later. He's got some pull. Nobody gets erased from the dirty. #lapull #bescared #nikr.knowsbetter
Laker fans are so salty. Think they better because they beat the Warriors in a freaking preseason game. Pathetic.
Does anyone have a lakersgrond account? Looking at how bitter they are by the shear amount of threads concerning Dwight makes me want to troll the **** out of them.
I think if Howard plays well in Houston and the Rockets make some noise, say even the conference finals, it would be a huge hit to the Lakers reputation around the league. Currently many people still buy the "Howard's a little girl who can't handle LA and scared of Kobe" story. But if the Rockets win, the blame will quickly move to LA.
I agree with ya!.. i think if Dwight can have a successful season with the rockets and prove doubters wrong!.. we can turn the blame to the LAKERS!..
They will spin it the opposite way if the Rockets win and Howard plays well. They will say, "See, we told you that Howard could not handle LA...". If Howard doesn't play well, they will say, "See, we told you Howard was a loser....". His detractors are in a "win, win" situation.
I was at the game, and I think that the first technical was for delay of game. They had already got a delay, which the same stupid ref called on us like 4 times, and on the first one that they actually received a tech for, it was Howard who touched the ball in the net after the basket. The announcer said that the tech was on Howard, but I'm not sure if a delay of game tech goes to a certain player. The second tech that PuzzledFan was referencing above was for arguing a defensive three second call, because there was two technicals on the play, two shots afterward. That one definitely went to Howard. At least that's how I think it went. It may have been reverse order from that.
Are we going to simply ignore the fact that Pringles had the audacity to compare Nick Young last night to Kobe Bryant???
Its about time pringles said something valid. Redeemed himself from the pau is the best center in the legue statement tbh. Young and Bryant= both inefficient chuckers. Savior last night was 4 of 16. Better off with Kaman ... Keep spinning it Hollywood. It's what they're best at.
On the TV commentary they were talking about how the refs were going to focus on that call, a tech for touching the ball after it went through the net. That's a new emphasis this year so it's expected we'll see a lot of it during the preseason (at least from refs who pay attention to the briefings).
