You do realize that accident rates in most E. Asian countries are significantly lower than in the US, even accounting for car ownership? That said, I have family in the Philippines and people drives like maniacs there, probably because it's so corrupt that you can buy a license without having to pass the test. Mabuhay, Rockets.
