If you are saying that the talent is what wins games then you are blaming him for the losses and not giving credit for the wins. Kubiak got us to this point, that poster was right...but he'll either keep his job or lose it on this decisions. He's the QB guru so this is his area of expertise so it needs to be fixed and soon. Whether he trusts Schaub to miraculously turn it around OR will give someone else a shot. It's still his decision. Coaches have a HUGE impact on every team, he's the reason we are 2-3 right now and he's the reason we were 12-4 last year.

Speak for yourself and not the organization. If the Texans want to be the classy top flight franchise they aim to be they can't be giving up on a season just because you lost 3 games. Maybe they need a QB change but changing the coach historically doesn't do much but waste everyone's time.
Pancakes finds ways to suck up to the Texans every single week. He is almost as bad as 610am is sucking up to the them. Every time I turn on the radio all I hear is Texans schlob schlob schlob...I love it!

Well the Texans got their pants pulled down tonight and buttocks was spanked (to say the least/keep it family friendly, ha).
They need a QB and coach change after the season. Keep Kubiak for now because firing him doesn't change anything. It worked wonders for a team with as much talent as us in KC. They found the right QB and a good coach and viola, they are good again in one year (not 6 like Kubes got).
Texans will probably lose next week too. This team has quit. I can easily see us ending up 3rd best in the division.
