SERIOUSLY right, if I were JJ, I would calmly walk up to Kubiak and tell him he has one chance to bench Schaub - and that is now, or else he will go to the media and call for him to do it -- and for Kubiak to be fired.

Kubiak hasn't had the locker room since week 10 last year anyway... He is gutless, lacks creativity and guts... His players no he is mediocre at best.
