Because he was the whole offense. Case McDerp can't complete a pass, but can at least fling it in his direction while Davis draws a PI call. Just awesome on so many levels.
How Texas doesn't run Iowa State into the ground with Bergeron and Gray is beyond me, I think Major Applewhite was a much better college QB than OC. What a pitiful performance - probably saved Macks job until the 60-3 blowout coming up against OU. DD
Why Bergeron is not the goal line back is beyond me. One fumble you're out. This has to be the worst QB group Texas has had since I can remember. I also have no idea why Iowa State didn't just keep running the QB up the middle. We never stopped it. I wasn't even happy Texas won, the fumble at the goal line was a gift from the refs.
I'd say they played down to the competition but I'm not sure they're really that much better than ISU.
I was going to let it go but I can't. Are you asking if Case McCoy has Down's Syndrome? Would there be something funny about that?
I have edited my post since it appears to have been misinterpreted. I'm honestly curious as to why his mouth is always agape. It's unlike anything I've seen before.
