You don't need to be a contributing member to be able to rep someone. I lost that power due to an infraction. And I've heard that you don't become a contributing member right after you pay (well from the complaints I've seen)
Ah, thanks for clearing that up. I should have remembered. You should still contribute, though, in my humble opinion. As for "complaints," if members who contributed are waiting for it to show up, they should email Clutch through the board to remind him, not make public complaints. Heck, I've lost count of how many times I've seen him suggest that. I don't know if anyone noticed, but he's an extremely busy guy. Clutch has his own business, has a family, and has seen membership of the BBS grow from about 3600 people when I joined, to somewhere around 48,000. How he finds the time to do what he does here boggles my mind.
OK! Perhaps Clutch will eventually remove your restrictions. It wouldn't surprise me. Just make solid posts and whatever it was you did (haven't a clue), don't do it again. ;-)- I think I'll pass on that, bobrek! I got a crown a couple of months ago and really don't want to see my dentist for a while, except for a cleaning. I hope this doesn't offend a dentist here, but does anyone enjoy going?
I found a fake woj account on twitter and used his tweet as news to be funny. (The fake account had everything like woj and even found a picture for the blue check mark)
I wonder if r2k could just add lukkky to everyone's ignore list with a script. 'why is no one responding to my 2 am rants? what am i to society!?!? hey! come back with my bball goal, you hoodlums!'
Exactly. If you meet an *******, the guy's an *******. If you meet a hundred assholes, you are the *******.
This is a very constructive and well thought out post. I'm sure Rockets2K will think long and hard about this and realize the error in his way. It seems this will bring about great change.
