Online is working fine for me loving it. Just can't figure out how to mute these Frenchies.... They are damn annoying.
man someone put a $9000 bounty on me.. now i dont know how to get rid of it. i changed rooms but the bounty stays, even some new kids came at me but i killed them all, i was able to his in some apts and pick em off as they came in.. then finally the cops killed me.. so down 2k for dying, the bounty is still there.. im guessing if someone wants to make 9k, add me, and kill me. you could even be a nice guy and give me 2k for hospital bills.. im on 360..
Lol. That's crazy. Loving the game. Buddy is having issues joining my crew though. Will see if it works after he gets on next time.
Just FYI, my character had disappeared when I turned on my PS3 this morning, but when I tried again this afternoon he was back. I'd suggest that if your character disappears, don't start a new one on the same slot, as that may well override your progress when the cloud comes back up. I'm rank 18 now, I think. Scraped together $128,000 and bought a 6-car garage apartment in the middle of the city, so that's nice. I'm looking forward to unlocking the first assault rifle at... what is it? Rank 22? Something like that. But now I want to save up and buy a really good good car. Maybe even save up for the $1,000,000 one if I can stand the tedium of grinding out that much money, that car seems to have the best acceleration and top speed, something like 250mph and 3-second 0-60... BTW, for easy money I recommend the missions "Meth'd Up" and "Violent Duct" (this latter one requires rank 15 I think), both gotten from Gerald. Just do the mission once and then keep voting for "replay" to do it over and over. Unfortunately, you can't just pick these jobs, Gerald has to give them to you, but you can call him roughly every two or three minutes for a new random job, just keep calling until you get one or the other...

im 16 and only have 62k in the bank.. i didnt realize how much money i wa smaking and losing the first day until i checked the stats and saw that i made 60+ and spent like 50.. everytime i was getting killed and failing missions was eating into my earnings. started taking missions more seriously then managed to go +60k trying to get to up there to buy a place with a garage.. now that everyone knows how to get the jets, every room i go into has 3-4 jets and military choppers running around in the sky.. its boring.. i hate the guys that just run around killing people for no reason.. you have to be paranoid around everyone, hide when you see someone and get on foot for the auto-aim..
So I finally was able to race Lamar but afterwards I got to a screen where they show those pictures of things you can do online and I sat there for about 5 minutes and nothing happened. How long does it take to load from there?
Damn! I can't even play anymore since all this online bull****. 3 days ago I tried online I could only make a profile but couldn't play online. Now with the new update, I can't neither play online or solo because my screen frozes when the game is loading at the start. It frozes when I chose solo, and it frozes when I choose online, anybody know what can I do? I don't have my receit anymore...
Got my rank back up to 10 today after having to start all over again this morning. I like playing solo, too many trolls on free roam.
Damn I havent played yet and that makes me not want to. I guess I will have to kill everyone I see just to make sure im not killed
I still cant get online...what am I doing wrong? The initial screen when I go to race at the beginning doesnt stop loading. Ive tried for the last few days and it has yet to work for me.
