    They do this every year, and it never really works out the way they intend since they really don't understand how AA works, and never seem terribly interested in learning.

    AA is insulting to blacks and hispanics

    ...and of course only helps the rich blacks and hispanics, anyways...

    Odd, given that the opposition to it is primarily not by those groups. Weird that you think you're qualified to tell those groups what is insulting to them.

    You don't think the "white man's pity" is insulting to them? Not only is it insulting to blacks and hispanics, but it's flat out racist to whites and asians.

    Or maybe they don't view it as white man's pity. Again, ask yourself why those groups don't oppose those programs. Quite presumptuous of you to speak for all these groups.

    because they're getting free schit! duh. It's still insulting to them, and many free thinking blacks and hispanics see it as such.

    The problem with it, is that due to AA, many people look down upon the blacks and hispanics who do get into the school, since many assume that they had "a helping hand" and aren't qualified.

    And then Asians who prioritize education get the shaft big time.

    Campus recruiting and managerial succession plans tend to be a little more "insulting" and last for a lot longer than 12th grade. And black and hispanic high school students self-select themselves away from competitive college programs, just like white kids.
