At least I messed up the thread with a good song. I fall into a trance when I listen to cartoons and cereal. Can't wait for the concert. Definite go.
Rockets season tickets holders can buy lower bowl seats right now. They are going for $180 each. No thanks.
Presale is Thursday for Toyota center insiders. Anyone know if he's doing his whole catalog or just yeezus tracks? Only liked 4 songs off that
Whole catalog I would think. I don't think I've ever been to a concert where the artist only performed songs off their newest album only.
I've got my suite tickets, but I'm over Yeezy. I'm goin' for Kendrick. Should be a good show as we're the last show on his US tour.
Drake did at Reliant Arena when he dropped Thank Me Later. I was hoping he would do tracks from his So Far Gone mixtape, but nope..... Worst concert ever.
That's what you get for going to a Drake concert. But seriously, maybe it was the venue. I can't see him doing the same thing when he comes to TC next month.
LOL, I know. It was more for my wife, but whatevs, tix were cheap. I doubt he will do the same next month as well. But I'm not going to this one which will probably be much better than the last.
Just bought my tickets through the Amex presale. Section 115 row 11 for only $90. Not too bad. Spent twice as much on my Jay Z tickets. Smh.
First show was Saturday in Seattle. Here's the complete set list. K-Dot opens the show and performs for about 45 minutes before Kanye takes the stage. Spoiler The Setlist: On Sight New Slaves Send It Up Mercy Power Cold Black Skinhead I Don’t Like I Am a God Can’t Tell Me Nothing Coldest Winter Hold My Liquor I’m In It Drunk and Hot Girls Guilt Trip Heartless Blood on the Leaves I Wonder Runaway Hey Mama (Instrumental) Street Lights Lost in the World Encore: Heard ‘Em Say Stronger Through the Wire Jesus Walks Flashing Lights All of the Lights Bound 2
Meh, too much of the ****ty new album, set list is very below average and I really don't care to see him walk around as Jesus like I read about the show this weekend. I'll be going for KDot and might stay for some of Kanye's show, but I heard the greatest hits when he performed with Jay Z. I'll probably be the first one out.
He actually wears a mask the whole concert and then has a guy dressed up as Jesus come out toward the end. Getting less excited about this concert. Luckily Jay Z never disappoints.
