Ack, GK will replace Sumlin when KS heads to USC. KMc will out last 'em all.

Houstonians don't hire/fire the Texans coach. Unclue Bob does (or Rick Smith). Also your assessment of Houstonians is wrong.

hire him as a team consultant! we could use him to teach our guards how to dribble and not turn the ball over 10 times. :)

It proves what I already believed, SVG is a decent human being and has empathy for others. The same cannot be said of Kobe.

Only problem with that is that the Texans may well miss the playoffs.

Get this Texans crap out of here. I could care less about the NFL. Don't you have threads of your own to discuss the silly game?

Besides LaLa land, everyone was saying he should go to Houston so this comes as no surprise.

True or not, this report itself is another ego blow to Lakers fans.

After playing for Mike & Mike (Brown & D'Antoni) I think Dwight realized Stan was a very good coach for him.

Jeremy Lin is our starting point guard & should be an all-star this season. In other news & views unrelated to the thread topic: A Thai court on Wednesday sentenced a woman to five years in jail for breaching the kingdom's strict royal defamation laws in the the second such conviction in days...

What was this thread about again?

The fact is, CF posters told Clutch to tell Jason Friedman to suggest to Les to tell Morey to ask JVG to tell Stan to tell Dwight that he should go to Houston.

What's the big deal? It was obvious to every disinterested party that the best situation for Howard was in Houston. SVG's defining characteristic seems to be his unrelenting honesty -- so him telling Howard what was obviously in his own self-interest is completely unsurprising.

This is the Houston Rockets, the same town the Houston Texans are in. Get over it, or get on board and watch the very close second best sport after NBA basketball.

This is interesting. Thanks for posting.

It is good to know they have managed to maintain a good relationship. It shows both of them in a good light. And it is a serious sign that Dwight's fit with the Rockets will be as good as hoped. I am now even more hopeful that the 7-8-12 combination can work in Houston the way it did in Orlando.
