Don't need to convince anyone as to a definition of thick. If one can't note the difference between an obviously fat chick like Monique and a curvy (thick) chick like Jill Scott then vision might be a problem. As stated, pretty sure you'll find many other fella's on other forums that care more about women of color, who will consider my definition of thick to be just that. Much like the same way you can probably find other sites where your definition will be accepted. If you feel like limiting the definition to girls without certain features then that's you bud. Re. the quotes from whichever source that was. I'm pretty sure a full blown gut is what Monique has(or had according to what you previously said). If we compare her to Jill Scott in the picture you posted, or even Toccara, I'd wager a pooch is what they possessed as opposed to a full blown gut. So yeah, I don't believe I said a thick girl would have a "full blown gut". That would be the Moniques and Star Jones'(pre surgery). Ok then, good to know Maliah slimmed down. Just like other thick girls fluctuate in weight and size. Regardless, in the picture I posted, she was on pretty similar footing to Jill Scott at the size Jill was- in the picture you posted, and Maliah was and still is considered thick just like Jill can be considered thick. Thick is about a chick with a solid hip to waist ratio regardless of the firmness or whatever you or others might want to call her bodily features. Zero problem agreeing to disagree on my part. The same way you consider a Jill Scott to be fat and a Maliah Michel to be the only definition of thick reminds me of how a prior poster made notice of his belief that Maliah Michel is fat. To each his own it seems.
