I don't thikn they make a change this week at QB...but don't pay ANY attention to what these guys say after a game. Schiano had said Freeman was their QB leading into this week, next day I think changed his mind. Give them time to review the game and whatnot. Most coaches will blame themselves after a loss because they don't want to go out there and throw a player under the bus right after a game. That's a dangerous thing to do to start pointing fingers.
the media is pretty soft in htown and i do get on fans for being knee jerkers but I have to respect the fandom of the hardcore texans fan. Look, if you want to get sore nipples because it's no longer up for discussion on whether Schaub is holding back the Texans, fine, but your post is nothing more than trolling. You can't defend his performance, so you just smear his critics, instead. That doesn't make you look clever, just the opposite.
I can't defend his play and I haven't. go back and view my posts after the pick six. Believe me, I want a championship like every other fan. This is definitely the crossroads for this team. We either emerge or have to 'retool' after the season.
Our D isn't the problem...over all. Kaepernick has been exposed....make him go to his left.....and he is a fail QB.
I don't understand why some people believe our Defense isn't good enough to stop players like Wilson, Kap, etc... Last week: "Wilson is gonna destroy us with deep ball and his mobility" This week: "Kap is gonna destroy us".. Our defense is pretty solid. Its not the problem this year. TOs are.
I don't worry about the defense if Cushing is out. Cushing is VITALLY important to our run defense. I think him being on the field gave Wade the luxury to keep a spy (Merciless.) on Wilson. Plus Cushing calls the plays and is the QB for the defense. We NEED him. The moment he goes out Wilson is running all over the place, that is no coincidence.
