I still can get that image of Sherman just getting a free pick 6 out of my head...what a terrible play call by kubes knowing its 2:40 left and we were up by 7...the goal shouldve been protect the football. Heck spread out the offense and do a delayed handoff, screen...anything else...why bootleg, knowing that some players squat based on tendencies...Matt had someone run at him, and instead of cowering into a ball like he usually does, he made sure to throw a lob pass thru a thicket of defenders...right to OD.

Secondly, even after the Texans were driving with 30 plus seconds left in the game, the Texans shouldve desperately tried the hard count, or something to get the defense offsides...

This team had so many chances to win. This loss has and should anger Houstonians. This was a terribly concluded game, especially after our defense came to play, and really made Russell work. We had the ball 2-1, yards:2-1, and had more passing yds:2-1...But Russell kept plays alive for his team, while Matt Slob makes plays that crush a team.

How can anyone blame Kubiak for that playcall?

It's also on your players to protect the ball as well. NFL QBs ARE NOT supposed to make that play, that is a rookie mistake where you pull the guy off the field and say "Hey, you can't make all the plays kid. Sometimes you just have to take the sack or throw it away."

Of course we can all say he shouldn't have called it then but if Seattle falls for it maybe it's a first down?

I'm not absolving Kubiak from blame for this game but it's not his fault that Schaub has been completely misreading coverages and throwing it right to defenders. If this continues it WILL be his fault if he doesn't replace him.

This string of pick 6 cannot continue. Team will not beat anyone good if they are giving them free points.

honest question when does this end...Bob McNair runs the texans in good ole boy system....the fact that sp coach is still employed shows these clowns dont care about winning.

Where 95% of the time, there's no future elite QB available where we pick.

It was the tale of two halves. First half, both sides of the ball were on their game. Second half defense still played well --I the loss of Cushing hurt a lot --on the offense couldn't get anything going. That carried over into overtime.

Any pick 6 in the NFL, the dictionary should have Schaub as the highlight. I've never seen a QB that flakes out of a collapse pocket than Schaub.

Ummm, because Seattle had sniffed out pretty much every bootleg we'd run to that point and always had a guy waiting for Schaub on the backside. And because Schaub doesn't do well under pressure.

I'm not even saying we needed to go conservatives with draws and such, just knowing what you've seen from Seattle's defense the rest of the game, don't run the bootleg.

Schaub defender need to just stop. I was once a defender, but this guy has got to go. You can't throw 3 pick 6s. two of being them the same mistake twice.
