The team has regressed, big time. Our window has closed. Replacing the QB is just another band aid fix that won't really mean much in the short run. We aren't winning anything this year regardless of who we have at QB. We need a better front office, new coaching from top to bottom, a mobile QB with a good arm, and a few more studs on defense to help JJ out.
