So just found out my body fat percentage is 14%. Last year, It was around 20%

I want to get to 7-10% for my body fat percentage. Whats the best way to do this?

Doing a lot of cardio? (Full court basketball games and running about 2 miles) or should I target specific areas? or lift a lot of weights?

I wanna be able to get to the 7-10% in 2 months. I know its tough but I'm trying to get to the best physical shape in my life.

Why did you associate 7-10% with lots of cardio? Just curious.

Whatever you do, do not buy into the dumb myth that is fat-targeting. You cannot choose where you lose weight.

Low carbs. No sugar. You'll get to about 10% in a couple of months. You can keep the workouts the same.

I'm always surprised no one bothers to ask for more info from the person asking for help.

The best way to help you is to personalize advice, which means we need to know more about you and your routines. Then, it'll be easier to pluck out the stuff that's hurting you and improve any weak points. It'll save you a ton of time and headaches.

the only way to get bf% that low is diet, diet, diet.... at that % your cardio won't make that much of a difference (assuming you're doing HIIT by now)... have to focus on the types of carbs/fats you intake and your macros.

to maintain will be a b**** and result in a ****ty life if you don't do it for a living (professional bodybuilder/model) or if you don't have the natural genetics (which i assume you don't b/c you started this thread)

Hit your macros aka iifym. Do eat carbs.. Have some sugar even... Definitley protein.. Have your veggies with every meal and 2 servings of fruit per day. Make sure you get at least 30g of fiber per day. Try to avoid lots of fat though.

I eat about 2-3 times a day. Sometimes I miss out on lunch so I tend to eat a lot during dinner. I eat dinner before 9 (4 hrs before sleep). I usually eat home cooked meals and they are all Pakistani food (bread, curry, no rice).

I haven't got a chance to lift in 4 months so I've been doing a lot of cardio (4+ full court games every other day (15-20 minutes a game usually)) and I do ab workouts. I also try to do pull ups but haven't gotten far in that.

I plan on doing focus t25 or insanity asylum. Most likely focus t 25 because it doesn't require agility ladder, weights, and jump rope.

Burn more calories than you consume.

Stop drinking your calories. Cut out the juices and sodas.
