Love it . Harden learning from the great Hakeem da Dream. Plus he has been working on his defense. Howard working on his freethrows.

Going to be a dynamic season.

    Go Rockets

It's not just that. During a game your legs are tired and you are breathing hard. The rest of your body is tired too.

That has an effect. It could make you shoot stiff.

Usually coaches will save free throws for after practice because you should be tired and it can kind of simulate being tired during a game.

Although I'm sure with Dwight, most of it is mental.

Twice practices one day, then once practice next day, and so on

This cannot not be stated enough. Having both Olajuwon and McHale in Howards corner is huge. The gods are smiling on us. Of course just having Hakeem anywhere near our boys consistently is a great thing.

It looks quite similar, I think the main difference is that there's less of a hitch in those few free throws he took in that video. Hopefully its something he has really changed.

Seeing Hakeem in all these training videos the past couple of years is nothing short of amazing. I have not doubt he could still put up 10 ppg today!

WWTTTFFF kind of free throw form is this!!!
Does dwight not know he has the rest of his body attached to his wrist?!
How bout bending your kneees a little and coming back up??
Wow how are basketball coaches just watching this as if everything's alright?
I guess I shouldnt be too surprised since hes always shot like that but I assumed coaches would at least be telling him how to shoot properly
