Kareem Jackson is still as pathetic as his first year

    Imagine how much better our pass defense would be if our OLBs were able to do anything with one on one matchups.

    As I already mentioned in another thread:

    Brooks Reed needs to be fired. I hope he can turn it around.

    Exactly. At 16-10 with possession, GAME OVER if the Texans score a TD. Coverages are different, offensive play-calling is different for TEN, etc. Texans LEAD THE LEAGUE in 3 & outs forced.

    Best believe you're going to see more of that Sunday; Seattle's offense isn't great just yet. Up to the offense.

    Yeah... for a system that is based on getting sacks from the OLB position, not your DE's (Watt/Smith), they're getting the exact opposite of that.

    Which begs the question of whether or not they'd be more effective as a 4-3 defense. You'd still have Cushing in the middle, and Watt/Smith would be going against tackles rather than guards (which probably doesn't matter to Watt).

    You'd need better coverage/run-stopping from the OLB guys, but Reed seems to have more of that in him than pure pass rushing.
