Speeding Ticket. Hiring a Lawyer

    So I have two speeding ticket and I am not eligible for defensive driving, I did it not too long ago. Has anyone ever hired a lawyer to deal with speeding tickets? Can they easily get the speeding ticket dismissed? 98 in a 75. 82 in a 65. Im in San Antonio at the moment.

    I know i need to slow down.

    Move the court date until you're out of that defensive driving window then do it again.

    Those ridiculously high rates of speed put everyone on the highway, including yourself, in danger. Slow down.

    98 was at 2am with zero traffic, the cop was hiding inside the bushes on I-10. and the 83 was during regular traffic. But I agree, I definitely do need to slow down.

    Does anyone know a good traffic ticket lawyer in San Antonio? Like Sullo and Sullo in Houston.

    Seriously though, I mean, you're in SA, but you could probably make it to Htown in like an Hour if you drive really fast.... and apparently you do.

    Nope...there was traffic. You were on the road. The police officer was there. Going 98 MPH is putting everyone on the road at risk.

    Ok yes, I agree I am an idiot and moron. I am sure you guys have never driven a car fast in your life, in fact im sure you never go past the speed limit.

    i got a speeding ticket as well....my 3rd this yr..no DD or Probation...should I get a lawyer?

    how will they get it fixed?

    Since slowing down appears to be a non-starter, you should see what it costs to put that lawyer on retainer.

    Jesus, how do you get 3 speeding tickets in a year? I don't think I could do that if I tried. What do you do, drive 80 through Bellaire or something?
