I don't think Hank asked. And yes, Hank is a terrible guest.

That makes no sense. If meth killing people stopped people from getting it, then there would be no meth trade to begin with.

How disappointed would everybody be if NOTHING big happens with the ricin (and/or gun)?

Just like the house being abandoned, spray-painted, and with kids trespassing was just that... nothing more.

if someone's meth kills all their clients, the buyers (bulk buyers, not meth-heads) aren't going to do business with them anymore.

While it was disappointing, how brilliant was that move by the writers? We've all been guessing for weeks about the condition of the house, and who caused it. Then you have Todd + Co. at Holly's crib with Skylar muzzled and it surely felt like we were moments away from the destruction of Walt's home and family.

But nope. Skylar's moved out. Kids vandalized the house.

Gilligan and company know how much we analyze every detail of this show and throw us off for fun.

That said, the ricin and Lydia's Stevia... I'm committing to that notion. Especially with Todd being sweet for Lydia.

That also makes it too obvious to happen. I would be disappointed if it was that simple as everybody has already analyzed the purposeful remarks about stevia (which goes back to last season, when the shop they met at didn't even carry it... now apparently they do).

Wouldn't be disappointed at all. Last thing I want to see is Walt running around the nazi compound mowing down nazis with his m60 like it was a video game.

the 4 students of Walter: Gale, Jesse, Walt Jr, and Todd all together you get Walter

Gale is his scientific and intelligence
Jesse is his "i don't care if I live or die" and his unstablillity
Walt Jr is his moral, humane part
    Todd is his Heisenberg evilness

Walt has begged for his life on many occasions, so not sure I agree with this one.

I went through all the pages in this thread so far and hasn't seen any mention of this (if I did miss someone pointing this out my bad lol) anyways saw this comment on a video discussing the latest episode.

A monologue excerpt from Mr. Magoriums Wonder Emporium (the DVD Walter picks up):

"When King Lear dies in Act V, do you know what Shakespeare has written? He’s written “He dies.” That’s all, nothing more. No fanfare, no metaphor, no brilliant final words. The culmination of the most influential work of dramatic literature is “He dies.”...And yet every time...I find myself overwhelmed with dysphoria....But not because of the words “He dies,” but because of the life we saw prior to the words."

That's been my call. He's gonna die of cancer, alone, most likely in a prison cell, and with little fanfare.

Maybe whatever standoff takes places ends with police sirens and him apprehended, then cut to flash-forward of him in prison, bald and sickly, and taking his final breaths, with nobody who gives two *****s about him nearby.
