I really think the browns trade was to put themselves in position to get manziel in the draft...if they hear rumbles of a team of ahead of them wanting to pick him then can offer 2 1st rounders to move up to get him...that's why I think the browns would take a qb in a trade
OK, i've thought enough about this. Tate for Gordon and option to swap 3rd rd pick at the deadline. Johnson, Hopkins and Gordon would be a hell of a lot more useful than one year of Foster/ Tate
It appears they are tanking, so why trade for a guy who might (gasp) help you win a game, especially if they can sign him during the offseason?
The first part didn't make much sense, since he's posting that on the heels of watching them drive down the field and score a late, game-winning td in their first game in "tank-mode".
@Raven, @The Real Shady, Trade Richardson, begin tank mode, 1st game since, come from behind victory against the playoff team vikings in their own house. so much sense is being make!!!
Not sure if serious... A. You are trolling B. You are a Texas A&M homer that over values their players C. You don't know Jack **** about football
There is no way I would trade Tate. He is a power runner and more efficient not Foster. Look at his stats. Foster's contract is big I don't think teams will take on it
I think the Texans need to be a pass offense, sugar huddle kind of team. Shotgun formations, 3 wide outs, etc... It's time to stop giving what the defense gives you and instead, play with urgency and aggressiveness. Being in shotgun will give Schaub a bit of extra time with the issues from our OLine. I'll take Gordon off their hands.
Anytime someone mentions sugar huddle or muddle huddle I assume they listen to 610, hate Schaub, want the offense to move faster and like Case Keenum.
