or if we get lucky on a busted secondary coverage on a hail mary? i definitely don't think there's nothing to worry about. this team isn't perfect of course but all i care about is getting into the playoffs healthy. this is just one game. theyre going to lose more that their not supposed to and win some just the same.
Put me in the "The Sky Isn't Falling" category. We will go at least 1-1 against Hawks/Niners and rip off 5 of the next 6 for 8-3.
Our defense is pretty good this year. I think even better than last years squad. 236 total yards offense for the Ravens. They gave the Texans a chance to win today. Kubiak and Schaub let the team down today.
I know Seattle doesn't play quite as well on the road. But if we can't score anything but a couple of FG's against Baltimore, we're probably not going to do much better against the Seahawks defense.
Ravens defense had one bad game and hasn't given up a TD in two weeks now. For all we know we could have just played one of the best defenses in the NFL.
Ravens offense scored 16 points. Not a bad defensive effort. It just looks worse with the pick 6, punt return, and offensive ineptitude. If the defense only allows 16 points, we should be able to win. But that's not the way it always turns out.
Why not? They just shut down two teams that have been scoring pretty well. They have two great edge rushers, a solid secondary, good front 7...their defense has been playing like one of the best.
I didn't say their defense was bad. But Seattle's is better. It's going to be just as hard, if not harder, to score on Seattle.
I am not arguing that Baltimore Defense is bad, I am saying is that our offense sucks balls. Our line is just plain horrible and it doesn't help to have a slow QB. That's all.

Guess we'll see. I think the Ravens will prove to have a better pass rush than Seattle. I mean with Dummervil AND Suggs attacking our poor tackles it was no wonder Schaub couldn't get any time.
Thought the keys to the game was to make sure Flacco's arm didnt come into the picture....it turns out the key for a Baltimore win was another pick 6 by #8...After that commanding first drive the Texans mentally checked out against a really wounded team. We all thought that Ravens offense was gonna be stalled, but our offense was pathetic...and yes...another god damn penalty...Cushing, Watt, Brooks Reed, Smith, Joseph and Kareem Jackson...everyone was atrocious on both sides of the ball...
