    People do and have. This has been a rule for awhile though, it just got renewed attention this year and people mis-reported what it meant.

    If players were allowed to get in opponents faces after a big play, you know they would.

    Seattle receiver spun the ball at an opponent last week and got flagged.

    The Texans were pretty bad the first 2 and 1/2 quarters. Dilfer was telling it was. He wasn't bad at all.
