I'm 27 hours in and have done 53 of the 69 story missions, 15/20 side missions, and half the random events.
Do not park your modded cars at Franklin house unattended. I'd parked on the side of the street and went inside to change clothes and that sucka was gone in less than 2 minutes. I thought it was impounded but no dice. the customizations on that thing was a pain in the ass to come up with. It has to be them LS boys chilling by the curb in front of the house. They were saying "that's a clean whip dawg". I didn't think my character would be a victim. So be careful with the whip in the ghetto. There is no word that can describe the way i feel if i see someone rolling on the streets with my modded car. My r2 button will have no day off. In other news. I can't wait for next gen gta series. Maybe we can finally get to explore inside every buildings and houses.
I know there is a scuba dive in a mission eventually, but can you scuba whenever you want afterwards?
So, game of the year for you guys? I'm watching a "Let's play" on youtube - are you able to play through a character's entire storyline without needing to switch to another character? Spoiler Just wondering, since there are missions I've seen where two of the characters are involved in a mission.

Not a pot smoker but have done it, to answer your question... No. Unless the weed is laced with some heavy **** & Micheal wasn't tripping off weed. He was tripping off lean which was semi accurate since everything does seem to move in slow motion but you generally don't wake up in a different location.... The more accurate one is when Frank hits the bong.

You start earning big money fairly soon. I must have spent 3 hours last night running across the top of mountains and shooting cougars. I tried to steal a jumbo jet yesterday. I had cops everywhere. As I taxied onto the runway another plane was landing. It was great. Also had a plane land on the car I was driving too.
