Im starting the Vikings D in 3 of my 4 leagues. No Trent Richardson either should be a good play

I'd stick with Brees. Not only do Thursday games get ugly, but the KC defense is better than people think. Arizona has a strong front 7, but they don't have the depth in the secondary to handle Brees indoors, at home.

On the other hand, I'm the nut who's starting the KC defense this week.

    Should I do this trade:

    RECEIVE:

    S. Jackson (ATL)

    W. Welker (DEN)

    SEND:

    B. Powell (NYJ)

    D. Bowe (KC)

It looks like a no brainer and I should pull the trigger. My thought is that what if during the 2-4 weeks Jackson is out, Rodgers, or Snelling make an excellent impression and rob him of his job? You're only one injury away from losing your spot in the league.

I would take it, too. I'm sure Atl trusts Jackson more than their other backs, even if they are impressive, which I doubt they will be.

    --------------------------

Would you rather have Vjackson/Graham or Fitz/V.Davis

Take that for sure. With Manning as Welkers QB yes.

I'm not so sure it's a no-brainer. To me, D.Bowe has upside, whereas welker really only has marginal value in ppr leagues. He might be the only guy that can get 8 catches for 39 yards. He is a possession receiver. Bowe on the hand has more talent for having breakout gaves and with Alex Smith and Jamal Charles on that team, he's going to only see better looks as the season goes on.

If this was last week, i'd have s.jackson ranked as the best player in the deal. Now with him out, i'd have d.bowe as the best player and that alone should make you second guess this deal.

Jackson & Graham. Jimmy is the more productibe TE by a large margin, and I'd only give Fitz the edge IF he wasn't being hampered by injury for the second straight year.

    Same here.

I'm 0-2 right now and was counting on him having a big game.

Hopefully he gets a good amount of carries knowing that Bradshaw is still getting eased into playing shape from that offseason foot surgery.

    Regardless, I'm playing him.

I have the same QBs as you - Vick and Ryan. Went with Ryan last week, and lost the game by the amount Vick outscored Ryan.

Not sure what to do this week....

I'm trying to take advantage of some buy low opportunites.

What do you guys think of trading Sproles for Stevan Ridley? Non ppr and non keeper.

    Also Julius Thomas for S.Smith?

I'd go Boldin. SF passing game has to bounce back after last weeks mess at SEA.

    then..

    Nicks
    Hopkins
    Givens

    I'd do the Ridley deal.

I would keep Julius. Who's your other TE choice?

    I'd play Julius.

Finley is still limited due to the toe. And he played in only about 60% of the snaps last week.

I'd play Ryan. Thursday night games are usually bad games and bad fantasy games.

KC is a good defense and Andy Reid knows Vick and has seen exotic offenses. So KC should have a decent day stopping Vick, even though they're traveling and playing on a short week.
