Lin’s mother, Shirley, looks back and sums up Jeremy as a little boy this way: “He will do anything to get what he wants.”

Looks more like scenes from the movie than a trailer. Interesting to see what happenned behind the scene in his life.
They have a bunch of Tugg locations added now, too. Anyone can create a Tugg location. Once the threshold is met for the number of reserved tickets needed, the theater confirms that they will host the movie. I guess Tugg is for cities outside of the original 10 city list. So far, Dallas is the only one that has met the threshold, though there are others that still have time to reach their targets. So, if you are in Dallas, the screening has been confirmed and there are still tickets available for the scheduled Dallas Tugg Airdate of October 16th (the Tugg event creator gets to set his own air date). Just a heads up to anyone living in Dallas who still wants a ticket before Oct 16th. The Dallas event has been paid for with sufficient reserve tickets, so it WILL happen. And if you live in one of the other Tugg cities, you may be able to make it happen by spreading the word. Or you can create your own Tugg event if your city isn't listed and you think you can drum up enough interest by spreading the word. I guess choosing a smaller theater gives you an easier threshold ticket target to meet, and you choose your own air date. Event creators also get free goodies like merchandising packs if the Tugg event happens. Looks like Dallas gets their own Linsanity screening. These Tugg events might be interesting if someone in Dallas can go and report back. It sounds like the movie theater will be packed with people who want to go instead of just casual movie-goers, unless they happen to buy a ticket off the street at that very night or something. That should make for an interesting experience when the whole theater is rooting for the movie and put their money where their mouths are to get the movie aired there. Interesting to see so many people wanting to see the film in Dallas, even though he was only on the Maverick roster for the short infamous summer league stint where he showed up John Wall head to head. I would think Dallas is Maverick country more than Rocket country, but I wonder how many Dallas movie goers actually remember that Jeremy was on their squad for a bit. Anyway, congrats to you Dallas guys for making it happen in your city with Tugg.
The theaters showing this movie have been mentioned, but I was informed they set up a Facebook Events page for the Linsanity screenings in Houston. https://www.facebook.com/events/232814180202707/ As stated earlier, the two theaters showing the film are the AMC on Dunvale and the Sundance Cinemas on Texas Ave. It opens on October 4th.
