Just a reminder in case anyone cares, Season 3 starts this Sunday. A 2 hour season premier, it starts at 8 and will be repeated at 11.
Last season's ender was incredible. Can't wait for the season opener. It starts seconds after last season.
I am too I'm pissed that it took them d*mn near a whole year to come back out but I will still be watching intently. Rocket River
Damn I just watched this series on Netflix and it's pretty damn good. I'd never even heard of it before. It's like a cross between X-Men and the X Files with like a Scientology type thing to it. Too bad it was cancelled after four seasons. Pretty damn entertaining though.
man I saw this thread pop up and got excited!! damn your necro bump! I loved the 4400! back when Syfy was Scifi and actually produced quality sci-fi programing. Watch Continuum and Lost Girl; only thing on syfy worth watching right now.
I thought 4400 was on USA, not SciFi. I thought the first season was fantastic, but it went downhill quickly after that. I think it's pretty obvious they didn't know where they were going with the show after a while and they just resorted to making things up as they went along.
Exactly. It's like the writers had no multiple-season story arc ready if the show was successful. Maybe they expected it to fail.
I was curious about this show since it popped up on Netflix, so is it worth going through the whole series?
Save it for next summer when you've got nothing else to watch and baseball season is getting long. That's the only reason I bothered to stick out the entire series. It's kind of watchable in a "I wanna see where this ends up" kind of way, but loses a lot of steam after a great start. I was actually okay with the ending, not entirely disappointing.
It does have a bit of a lull midway through when one character goes away for a while but I thought overall it was pretty good.
