There is nothing wrong with preferring to watch guys punch each other in the face. Just like there is nothing wrong with wanting to watch a classic, tactical boxing match. Everyone has their own preference. You watch what entertains you. Mayweather's style isn't a cup of tea for some, and some people don't like watching a slugfest. That's perfectly fine. No need to get defensive because some were not entertained by his performance. In this world, it's hard to please everyone who has their own opinions. Plenty of things I find boring that others don't. I'm sure we all have them. Boring or not, Mayweather is the best out right now. Nothing as yet to change that.
Mayweather isn't to blame for a boring fight. Canelo is. It might as well have been some random hack off of the street fighting opposite Mayweather.
