Why throw it if your not going for the first down? Schaub made a bad desicion either way.

Hilarious how both DBs knew that was going to be a comeback route, the only one on the field who didn't know the route was Hopkins.

Exactly my point....even if he sits, he's still well short of the first down. What kind of plan is that? And we do that repeatedly...over and over and over again. Just ridiculous.

I don't think Kubiak or Schaub suck but doesn't it just seem like new year and more of the same?

Both offenses have been non-existent. However their points have been spoonfed. Texans always find a way to play in an agonizing way.

We can still comeback, but the offense has to be effective. Haven't seen it since the first drive

And what really pisses me off is that if the Texans finish 9-7, and miss the playoffs, Kubiak still won't be fired.

3rd and long in your own end zone, he made a read. You can't just throw a bomb and settle for it. The sack / terrible run set that play up. They were lookign to the next possession

Well, not to keep harping on Schaub but he just can't get it done. He can't combat a defense that can bring heat. Kubes appears to not have an answer for the much improved defense of the Titans either. If Texans lose today this could become an ugly start because the upcoming teams are much better teams than the Chargers and Titans.

I have seen more pick six game over INTs by Matt Schaub by our endzone than any other QB in the NFL...(maybe with the exception of Tony Romo) smdh...they had the out route if cause regardless of the hot route, DeAndre was open with room to run...if that pass was thrown ahead...

If I wasn't a Christian I would be yelling a lot of foul words starting with F right now!!!

What the hell was that? Yes Hopkins is a rookie, but as a veteran QB, do you throw that?

idgaf whats the purpose of making that throw anyway.. if hopkins catches it, it gains nothing.. blame the rookie, vet qb made a dumb choice..

Seriously? You think that was a called play? The o-line broke down and they had to go with a secondary option.

    please.
