you don't watch (pay) a mayweather fight for excitement, you won't get it. you'll get a master class in boxing which only a few will appreciate. i knew before hand that garcia/mattyshe would be a more "exciting" fight.
If Dey La Hoya didn't have to check into rehab for his various demons Saul would have won this fight going away.
its real simple, people that are real passionate about boxing love this shiit and love the way floyd fights.. the casual fans gonna think that it was boring.. im not big on this stuff, i wasnt entertained tbh. all i learned is im not gonna waste my time watching another floyd fight. watching dudes helplessly swing at him and floyd just duck every thing and get a couple shots into win rounds is boring. you may think its great, good for you, your probably real passionate about the sport and the technicalities of what makes a great fight and i understand that... people say baseball is boring but to me its not.. so again this is just the opinion of a casual watcher. im not gonna even debate anybody on this cause idgaf about this sport. as far as being entertained, i was not.. watching kimbo slice beat up bums on youtube was way more entertaining.
I was surprised no one else mentioned it but yes. I may have developed a thing for brown girls after seeing her
Canelo ain't quick enough for MM. I already knew this one was in the books for Floyd. Better luck next time GBP, who wants to lose next? lol
This, Floyd is easily the best boxer of this era and no one even comes close to him. The other boxers look like clumsy amateurs when they face him in the ring, it's ridiculous. Anyone who says his fights are boring doesn't know jack about the art of boxing. Just beautiful to watch him pick apart his opponent in all ways of the game.
Guys like him should be banned for life, they're the reason people lost their faith in boxing. Just disgusting.
Just because they say it's boring doesn't equate to meaning the guy sucks. They are two different meaning and subjective in terms. I find ballet or opera boring but it's of a higher art. I find baseball boring but when I see it live, it's quite invigorating. I find the Spurs a boring team to watch but well, you know that story.
That's why I said "art of boxing". Too many people only watch it for the heavy punches, brawls and KOs, but that's dismissing to the sport and it's finer aspects. PS: You must not watch the Spurs a lot, one of the best offenses and beautiful team-oriented Basketball with high pace and lots of shooting and cutting.
