Eddie royal seemed like rivers favorite receiver. Plus they threw a lot of screen passes to him. So when in the red zone, they'll probably go to him.

14 team PPR... Here's my team.

    QB: Stafford, EJ Manuel
RB: Jamaal Charles, David Wilson, Daryl Richardson, Bryce Brown, Ryan Williams
WR: Randall Cobb, Wes Welker, Mike Wallace, Tavon Austin, Kenny Britt, Dexter McCluster, Cordarrelle Patterson
    TE: Jimmy Graham, Tyler Eifert
    K: Randy Bullock
    D: St. Louis

    Thinking about benching David Wilson,
Playing D. Richardson as my 2nd RB and
Playing T. Austin in the Flex with Welker and Cobb as WR's.

    Thoughts?

Also, I got offered Lamar Miller or Laveon Bell (it'll be my choice) for EJ Manuel & Bryce Brown.

    Thoughts?

Should I pick up either Lance Moore or Chris Givens?

My current bench is Boldin, Thompkins, Jones, Mendenhall, Powell.

Agree with everything besides your flex. I would go with Wallace over Austin in a PPR because Wallace will have a great game vs IND who isn't great against the pass. Also, I did drop the Rams for a better defense matchup. Look at Carolina D/ST against Bills, or possibly Chiefs D/ST vs Cowboys, I think both are a better play but I drop defenses almost every week to play matchups.

I would do it. Take Miller (now that Bell is out longer). Millers upside is much greater than Browns. I know Miller had a bad week but he's a buy low candidate for me (see my post in the Should I thread). EJ Manuel should be easily replaceable from the waiver wire and you have an open roster spot to do so now.

I really like Givens. I think he's better than all those guys you listed actually (moving forward). I think Powell is the worst guy you listed but then you're really moving heavy on the WRs so try to move some for buy low RBs (Lamar Miller, David Wilson, Ridley, etc) if you can.

Romo. KC defense looked pretty good, but I know sticking with Romo is the "safer" thing to do.

I would go with Romo before Pryor. Pryor does have more upside for this week though so if your matchup is really tough, you might have to gamble with it.

His QB was Brady and had a mediocre game. So I do have some leeway if I want to experiment but I got beat last week with the combo of Kap/Peterson so I gotta pull .500 before I start taking gambles.

Go Romo. KC could force a couple turnovers but he'll still get his numbers. I'm expecting about 280-300 and 2 TDs with maybe 10 rushing yards. That would be about 21 points, Pryor could break it, but he's (and that offense) are way more mistake prone.

Im in a 12-team league and I need to pick a WR3, and a W/T flex, which one should I start: (no PPR)

    DeAndre Hopkins vs TEN
    Antonio Gates @PHI
    Harry Douglas vs STL
    Eddie Royal @PHI

If I were you I'd play Eddie Royal, that game could be a shootout. BUT, keep a strong eye on Roddy White's health, if he is still not healthy, I'd play Harry Douglas.

    Thanks man. Repped.

Taking your advice for the FLEX and I approved that trade for Miller.

The only D's available are Skins, Bills, KC, Indy, Lions, Jags and Raiders. I'm picking up KC and probably playing them this week.

Eddie Royal feels like fool's gold. His whole career after his studly rookie year has felt like fool's gold. Admittedly I'm biased because I've thought he's held back Vincent Brown

I agree with your KC pickup; they may get carved up, but Houston/Hali can get sacks and Eric Berry's a playmaker.

Agreed. Not big on Royal as well.
The thing everyone should remember about defenses is they have the worst retention compared to their preseason consensus ranking or ADP. It's very hard to tell which defense will perform this season and it's possibly that the Chiefs D could be one of tones that finish towards the top although not expected.

Take that asap. Miami and Pits run games look like **** but those are RB1's for a QB3 and backup RB that might not get as much run as we were expecting.

So.... Now the question is.. Lamar Miller, Tavon Austin, David Wilson or Mike Wallace as the flex...

Leaning towards M. Wallace as previously suggested but Miller is interesting.

12 team league, having trouble deciding QB and my W/R Flex:

Current Line-up (was league leader in scoring last week)

    Russell Wilson
    Alfred Morris
    Reggie Bush
    Dez Bryant
    Victor Cruz
    Owen Daniels
    DeAngelo Williams
    Randy Bullock
    Bengals D

    Bench:
    Ben Tate
    Ryan Tannehill
    Golden Tate
    Bernard Pierce
    Brian Hartline
    Kenny Britt
    Percy Harvin

I'm thinking of subbing Hartline in for DeAngelo Williams. Also, is Russell Wilson too big of a risk vs. SF? Thinking of putting Tannehill in there instead (Alex Smith is available in FA too)

    would go with Wallace

between those two would go with Steelers

I would go with Dallas, but a lot of people are going for KC as a sleeper D.
