http://sports.yahoo.com/news/housto...mergence-patrick-beverley-140300203--nba.html Nice article with love for Patrick Beverley, and recap of his background and rise in Houston.
This does not count as press. Patrick Beverley is ashamed of the mention and is working hard for a Wojnarowski article or at least a Marc Spears piece or a Kelly Dwyer Ball Don't Lie blog entry.
I see, thanks. At least it gave rise to a Carl Herrerra post that made me LOL. Patrick Beverley: the bar has been set for your season.
God. The guy cannot create his own shot and has a turnover ratio almost as high as Lin's. Give me a break. He is a well qualified backup PG. Nothing more.
M. De Moor ------> hardcore Lin hater , got kicked out of Bleacher Reporter (guess for what?) Guys this writer is not BEV loving.
It'd be nice if the guy got his facts straight. Mchale didn't choose to start Beverley the next five playoff games. Lin was hurt for four and couldn't play and started the 6th game.
"Jeremy Lin started the first game of the series at point guard for the Rockets, but coach Kevin McHale decided to start Beverley in the final five games, which has given rise to a number of analysts (including myself) calling for Beverley to start for the Rockets this upcoming season." No mention of the injury that led Beverley to start. Close this POS thread.
Beverly is the next Rondo (without the court vision, passing and creativity) Can't wait to see Bev play
This writer was not giving Bev proper respect... He was just using Bev to diss Lin... I would rather listen to Stephen A@#h0l* Smith.. at least, he makes things sound interesting.. Hopefully next season Bev will get a proper article praising him..
