Well, if you do have a WB without cheese/ etc. and just lettuce and tomato -- it seems like a pretty healthy sandwich.

Thats my choice (to the Houstonians, its like a more chicken form of Taco Cabana without the extras) I generally get the small veggie bowl with a couple tacos. Or the regular pollo bowl. Though ive gotten plenty of the chicken as well. Theres a growing number of healthy eateries in my area but none of them yet too "fast" or drive thru. Really a lot of places serve some bland type items. What place doesnt have a salad bowl offering now. Its just when its eating out its wanting something different and generally fatty than the generic stuff at the house, its almost kinda the point. Why buy a fruit cup in drive when you calready might have 7 lbs of assorted fruits at home and for almost the same price. (semi related, after going 3 months no fast food 2 nights ago I got large fries and a regular hot dog at a local place. And got SICK from it and STILL feel DISGUSTING. I'll definitely not go back to fatty fast food for a while and definitely not frequent fast food.)
When talking fast food you have to grade on a curve. For example a Mac wrap at McDonald's. has a lot of ranch or whatever sauce you get. Couple that with an cup of water and it is way healthier than a Big Mac with fries. At least that's how I see it.

I get this with Fruit Cup and Unsweet Tea. Low calorie, and good mix of food groups. For purely losing weight, you can also get the chicken nuggets (grilled or fried) and a fruit cup & unsweet tea for very low calorie intake as well. Fries, soda, and bread are the biggest calorie costs.
