    Also, pick 2 running backs

    Darren McFadden vs JAC
    Ryan Matthews @ PHI
    Ben Tate vs TEN
    Vick Ballard vs MIA

    And then for my flex
    -Anyone not picked above
    -Julian Edelman vs NYJ
    -Torrey Smith vs CLE

Amendola's status will have to be watched until game time tomorrow before a decision can be made. Too much flux at this point, which is classic Belichick of course.

Never sit Julio or Cruz. Outside of injuries, there isn't a matchup out there that you sit WR1's for.

In a PPR league, I'd play Edelman IF Amendola is confirmed out for tomorrow. Otherwise, Nelson.

Also, don't trade Bush. You have two starters to his cuffs. Essentially, you hold all the leverage. Unless a trade is lopsided in your favor, there's no reason to arm his team with starters to add depth on your own.

McFadden & Tate: McFadden almost exclusively while healthy, and Tate is expected to get a 50/50 split on carries with Foster this week. Mathews was only on the field for 20 snaps last week, and Ballard is better at picking up a blitz than running the football.

Flex: Is this PPR? Watch Amendola's status up until game time. In PPR, it's Edelman for sure if Amendola get's scratched. Smith if he isn't. Standard league is more coin flip, but I still lean towards a starting Edelman.

Oh no, that's not all of it. I will be asking for one of his WR (A.J. Green or Andre). The deal will be pretty big.

I'm trying to decide who will be better for the rest of the year, Spiller or Bush. They both have question marks.

So, I have Doug Martin, Steven Jackson, Darren Sproles, Ahmad Bradshaw and Shane Vereen on my roster. I have no QB. I played Big Ben last week and picked up Pryor to start this week for me.

I got offered Cam Newton and Mendenhall for Steven Jackson and Vereen.

I'm thinking of rejecting it. Not comfortable trading away a RB that, I feel at least, will contribute consistently all season and I also feel I can plug and play QBs every week to get 15-25 points. I'm not a fan at all of Mendy and not really high on Cam but he is intriguing.

Am I wrong in thinking the way I do about this trade though?

Just saying. Those are two horses I'd ride. (Unless he's foolish enough to part with Green)

You are correct in your thinking, at least to me.

Vereen and Mendenhall are pretty much trash for you. Do the QB by committee.

What you can do is check out the teams with 2 really good QBs (there are always at least a few) and try to fleece that guy. Who else do you have?

It's certainly a tough one. Mendenhall should have a decent year. STL is a very stout, young D, so last week makes him a decent buy low imo.

However, I like sure things, and Jackson is that. Pryor looks to be Cam Newton Lite, only without the big contract to deem him too "valuable" to run the ball heavily. I expect Carolina to run Newton less this year, and it's going to hurt his value.

I advise a lot of people to stay pat this early in the season. Trades this early are very unpredictable, and I don't like making moves without feeling comfortable that the advantage is either in my favor, or mutually beneficial to both(i.e. bench rd trade for bench wr that start on their new teams). Doesn't mean you can't get burned in the end (I passed offers for Lloyd last season that I should have accepted in hindsight), but that stings less than the trade you DO make and get burned by.

A couple more opinions on this would be welcome.

    Here's my team (.5 PPR):

Eli, Big Ben (dropping him for either Hartline or B. Bolden)
    D. Martin, Spiller, R. Bush, Hillman (dropping him for the other, hopefully)
Cruz, D. Jackson, Givens, V. Brown
    Graham, Cameron

I know I keep saying don't keep 2 TE. The only reason I have Graham is because I got him for $20 and I just couldn't let him go that low. I got Cameron for a buck.

My goal is to trade Graham after this week. People aren't freaked out about their ****ty TE yet. Trust me, I've tried.

I know my receivers did well, but I simply don't like them.

There's a team out there who needs a TE. Take advantage of that. Trade Orange Julius while his value is sky high. Cameron will have a much better season in my opinion.

You have a very solid squad. I like Gordon as your WR3 when he's back, with Givens as a matchup swap for him. Quality RB depth, a fantastic TE duo.

I'd consider offers for Sproles, Gordon, Bradshaw, Vereen, Brown, or Givens only. If you can package 2 of them for a higher rated WR or QB, then maybe. Otherwise, don't change a thing.

Thomas, Wayne, Martin, & Jackson are your "untouchables."

Didn't mention the TE's as trade pieces in my previous response, but this is a great call. Throw Thomas in as a tradable piece.

Think I'm gonna offer Spiller and V. Brown for A.J. Green, J. Bell, and Hopkins...

Nice. I assumed Spiller/Bush was your 1/2, but Martin does make offers more intriguing.

Is there a flex spot? I'm not as against keeping 2 TE's as some people IF the format makes playing 2 possible.

I didn't like Jackson at all before the season started. Especially in PPR format... but this offense is going to regularly draw safties down into the box, and afford him tons of deep balls. I think he has a career year.

I like Cruz too, but I LOVE AJ Green this year. Like I said before, he's about the only guy I make a change for.

Graham & Spiller for Green & Bell would be a coup. Graham & Bush for Green & Jackson is something I'd take also.

I love Andre of course, but you aren't relieving yourself from injury concerns by taking him on, and it sounds like those questions marks for Bush are what bothers you about him in the first place.

Thanks for the responses and I appreciate the opinions.

Yea, I like my squad for the most part. I actually offered Julius Thomas for DeMarco Murray. I know, I know, it's lopsided. But, I know this guy and he is the kind of owner who leaps for guys like Thomas. Not a big fan of Murray either but, if I can swing the deal (maybe adding Bradshaw or Vereen) I was thinking of going Morey and getting him as an asset to flip for a better WR/QB later.

    Again, thanks for the advice/opinions.

    I threw in Hillman.

The starters are QB, WR, WR, RB, RB, TE, FLEX, K, D

I like Jackson and Cruz in fantasy, just hate rooting for them. I ended up buying them SUPER cheap. Had no money left after all my RBs. That's fantasy, though.

I'm saving Graham for another team.
