I don't think you can go wrong either way, but I'd go Edelman. Tom Brady > Cam Newton and Edelman will slide right into Amendola's role since he's injured. Also, Edelman played somewhere like 85% of the snaps during Week 1. He'll only play more now.

A case for Steve Smith certainly could be made, but I think Edelman is the safer play.

Extremely thin at RB (only have Foster, Gio Bernard, Tate). Could use a backup D (only have Seattle). Also, only have Jimmy Graham at TE.

Need a little help on waiver wire pickups, please (standard league).

    Bench players (I'm considering dropping):
Bernard Pierce (Bal), Brandon Pettigrew (Det), Roy Helu (Was)

Available on waivers (as of this morning):
RB: V. Ballard (Ind), R. Hillman (Den), M. Reece (Oak), Redman (Pitt)
WR: J. Gordon (Cle), K. Britt (Ten), M. Floyd (Ari), S. Rice (Sea), Heyward-Bey (Ind), R. Randle (NYG), E. Royal (SD), J. Kearse (Sea)
    DEF: Carolina, Tampa, Washington, Pittsburgh,
TE: Brent Celek (Phi), Dallas Clark (Bal), Zach Sudfeld (NE)

    Thanks, fellas.

You should not worry about a backup D or TE until the bye week. I would drop Helu for Ballard, although Redman is close. If you don't need a WR now I'd recommend Gordon. If you need a WR this week it'd have to be Britt or Randle. I'd go with Ballard.

I second Edelman. Smith was inconsistent last year and he seems to be their 2nd option over the past 5 or 6 games next to Olsen.

Thanks bro... it's a standard scoring league.. I'll stick with Colston.. at the least, I'm expecting just 1 TD from him.

    Dallas (vs KC)
    Carolina (vs Buf)

Carrying 2 defenses this early in the year is a mistake. Second half of the season, when we've had plenty of time to evalute skill positions & your core is solidified, then a second D is more reasonable.

I'd drop Pettigrew for Clark. 12 targets last week, and while that is likely to drop, 8 is a realistic projection. I'd try to catch that lightning in a bottle.

Also, Richie_Rich, I'd drop one of those two handcuffs RB's for either Josh Gordon or Michael Floyd. I lean towards Gordon, but Floyd is clearly a factor in Arians pass heavy offense. Can't go wrong there.

OK, my waiver priority is pretty low so Clark's looking doubtful. We'll see what happens. Dropped Helu and nabbed Josh Gordon; and I'll wait on picking up a backup D.

    Thanks, man.

Should I cut either Bryce Brown, Green-Ellis, or Percy Harvin for Greg Jennings?

Some defensive assistance (boring I know) if possible:

    D'Qwell Jackson @ Baltimore

    or

    Lavonte David vs New Orleans

and for the team defense slot:

    Cleveland @ Baltimore

    or

    Dallas @ Kansas City

I know these points will be nitpicky but I'm a little in the air about all four choices.

I'd go with the Cleveland affiliated guy/team on both.

    Should I start (flex):
    K. Moreno DEN-RB vs NYG
or Andrea Roberts ARI-WR vs LIONS
or S. Rice SEA-WR vs SF
or D. Hopkins HOU-WR vs TEN

    Thanks

I would go with Roberts. It's going to be a shootout.
