And that's real sad for any nba player to suck at, even left hand lay ups. All it takes is practice.

man i hate off season write ups. selective memory and blind stat comparisons.
Asik really improved offensively towards the end of the season. Got his dunks. caught his passes.

True. Which is why I didn't bother bringing them up. I just found it interesting that of all the bigs that the author (should) have researched, he came up with Asik. Meaning Asik's worse than his big-men counterparts. And bigs can all dunk.

He looked like he tried to dunk the ball every time he caught it in the playoffs against OKC. Made me proud.

How is Asik a better FT shooter?? Have you even looked at their FT numbers?

    Career:
    Asik - 52
    Dwight - 57

They're both horrible FT shooters. It's funny to me that people think Asik is better at shooting FTs because of that one situation where he happened to make his FTs against OKC during hack-a-sik

It's actually surprising how many people think that translates into him being a FT shooter over one isolated event

Oddly enough he was still better on offense than I expected.

Why is that sad? We have the best backup center in the league. We will trade him for a top 5 pick. You will see.

This is getting over analyzed. Of course Howard is better than Asik. That's why he gets paid a whole lot more money. It's not even a debate.

Still, Asik is a great value considering he makes us a top ten defense while on the floor. He got better as the season progressed offensively, but not much was ever really expected from him from that aspect. Overall, he had a good season. I don't think he's reached his ceiling either.

Nah no one is hating on Omer,What I really liked about him was that he has the ability to out play any center/big in the league.(Tim Duncan,Al Jefferson,Joakim Noah,Bogut,LMA and the great Kendrick Perkins)

I love Omer. I'd like to see a vid of his layups in slow-motion, with Swan Lake as background music. It'll be beautiful.
