How does Dream go from Spalding shoes because he doesnt want to have $100 shoes like everyone else, to now having a luxury clothing brand? I do not understand
Well, he actually owns the brand. It's not some big company that he's sponsoring. Besides, his store is in his mansion so the target audience is probably his guests who are rich as nazis.
Yeah, but hakeem chose Etonic, LA Gear, etc. because they would sell his shoes for cheap. Now he sells bball shorts for $65 and shirts for like $300. Seems like a complete 180. I am happy he owns his own company, but I figured he'd stick with his initial business plans from his playing days by saving people money
After looking over the page again, they're actually not listed for sale. They are just portrayed... I don't get it Sorry.

$250 for some regular tan jeans........ Dream has officially turned into Kanye West where he is selling a plain white t shirt for a rediculous price
Dream sold Metro millions of dollar of useless land and made like 10 million dollars. Hakeem is smart guy.
Smaller companies can't make things on the scale necessary to be sold that inexpensively. As such, you might as well sell a smaller amount of higher quality items.
It wasn't about affordability, it was about violence. At the time kids were getting killed for $100 shoes. Hakeem didn't want to hear about some kid dying because he got robbed for his "Dreams". His brand is a luxury boutique brand. Targeted to rich people not kids
