Nice theory regarding Walt committing suicide with the ricin and possibly pinning it on Marie and Hank as one last F U.

I don't see how that works. Walt doesn't go after family, so why would he frame Hank and Marie for his death? I can maybe see Hank as part of it, but certainly not Marie.

I don't know if it was posted yet but heard a good theory.

At the end of last episode, Walt puts a hit out on someone...didn't specifically tell Todd who but I think people assumed it was for Jesse. Do you think that hit was put out on someone like Gomez or someone close to Hank? Since Walt doesn't kill family and Jesse is practically like Walt's son.

That couldn't be the case, since Walt doesn't know that Gomez (or anyone else) is involved.

I still say Walt doesn't put a hit on anyone in his family, and that includes Jesse. I like the theory that he puts a hit on himself.

The first thing you should know is that Aaron Paul, the actor who plays Jesse Pinkman on AMC’s Breaking Bad, is currently in Beaumont filming a movie (rumored to be an indie film called Hellion). The next thing you should know is that while in Beaumont, Aaron Paul eats at locally founded/now-national-franchise Italian restaurant Carrabba’s for dinner. The last thing you should know is that when Aaron Paul meets fans, he’s pretty terrific and friendly to them.

On the heels of personally greeting a busload of tourists who stopped in front of his home roughly a month ago, Paul recently left this autographed napkin for his server at the Beaumont Carrabba’s, reading, “Jonnie — Stay away from Mr. White. Your friend, Aaron Paul, ‘Jesse Pinkman’ Don’t Do Meth.”

    Valuable life advice, indeed.

That episode was the best of that entire series.

I root for Jessie at times too, but only in the sense where I wanted him to wake the f' up and take a stand. He's taken a lot of his evil deeds onto his own conscience, but it seems like he hasn't had the legs to leave or nut up and take control of the operation before it became nuclear. The most notable exception is when he tried to cook on his own to make Walt validate his accomplishments, otherwise he's fine with being led by the nose even after realizing it much much later.

I wouldn't go as far as calling him a plot device like Walking Dead's Carl or his mom, since Jessie has a lot of depth and redeeming values as a character, but his attitude in taking charge or being aware of the situation hasn't changed much from the first episode (less b***h bombs) up to the last three episodes. It's like he's an intentional and colossal ****up where everyone but him realizes how pivotal a role he has to the whole operation and therefore he has the power to seize the center of gravity if he applied a fraction of what Walt encourages or expects from him.

Walt, in some sad way, looks through Jessie as a failed projection of the teacher he used to be, and if he made something out of Jessie, then that would validate that era of his life.

Maybe Jessie rebels against this, but a lot of the juicier outcomes of the series wouldn't have happened if Jessie wasn't being Jessie. That lack of growth is annoying since it took all this for him to awaken, but a fair price for how intricately driven the story has become.

I'm surprised there was never a flashback showing Walt poison Brock. I assumed that would happen at some point. Gilligan doesn't seem to leave anything to the imagination. I still think it could happen.

My theory which is 100% not going to happen. But let's have fun.

    Based on the above images.

-Saul realises Jesse speaking to the DEA causes Goodman troubles based on his shady dealings.

-Walt either hires Todd's uncle to fake his death OR hires Saul's guy to have himself disappear.

-Despite Walt's decision to not float the idea of murdering Jesse again; Saul goes ahead and does it to save himself from the law.

-Fast forward to the machine gun in the boot - Walt has heard of Saul ordering the death of Jesse - and has come back to town to reign down on Saul. M60 style.

EDIT: And the Ricin is for Huel.
Walt waits until Saul's security is out of the picture.

Well, he constantly fights his own drug demons, but also quit on Walt and even walked away from the money. He doesn't have the brain power to do things on his own, at least the scale of what Walt did. And Jesse was just fine with letting Walt leave the business of Gus and continuing to work under Gus. The show would have ended had Skylar not lost all of their money....that affair, money loss boss scam was definitely a plot device, which I guess means Walt was sort of situationally pushed into becoming full Heisenberg at that time (that under the floor no money scene).

I like the failed projection teacher point. I can see that as part of why he feels so invested and loyal to Jesse.

I buy Jesse's character development. He has broken off and rose up and left at times. Sometimes he's been forced to work for Walt and other times he just wanted to. He hasn't been a lackey, the way Meth Damon is. Jesse is his own being, troubled, dumb at times, but there is depth there, and something to root for imo.

I don't think the bolded is an either/or situation. I think if he fakes his death he HAS to get a new identity.

Oh sh-t.. The pink teddy returns

Guys sh-t's about to hit the fan..
Vince Gilligan went on to mention in an interview even before this 2nd half started airing that the 5th episode may be the craziest of the entire series. Also, typically over the last 5 seasons, the final 2 episodes were treated as if they were FBI x-file folders, using top security-like precautions, allowing only a select few full copies and even restricting all of the actors to only reading the portions of the script they were personally in.. This last season they've given that treatment for the final 4 episodes. It's about to go down.

Jesse doesn't get wacked by Mr.White. He becomes a truck driver and dies in a truck accident.
