    Fried Crappie or Fried Snapper. No discussion, no debate, those two are the absolute best in the history of the entire universe. A book should be written about this.

    Opah, or Moonfish. Delicious with a macadamia and panko crumb

    Poulet fish - I am not sure on the species but I had this in Vanuatu. Amazingly delicious fish.

    I used to go to the Asian stores up here in Dallas and buy a bunch of pomfret and fry them up. Another great fish. I haven't had it in a while.
